Our Faith and Mindfulness practices allow K-8 students to focus on God’s words, prayers, or messages to connect with Him and their peers. Practicing mindfulness while focusing on our faith will prepare students for Lectio Divina practices in grades 2-8. These are also great ways to give students “brain breaks” while also giving them time to reflect on their relationship with God.
We hail Mary, Mother of God in this mindfulness exercise. Students meditate on how they too can be a model of devotion to God.
